The firm was involved in as many as three legal proceedings challenging the legality of the 1st, 5th and 13th amendment to the Bangladesh Constitution. An appeal filed by the firm to enforce the right of freedom of association of a political party is currently pending in the Supreme Court. Senior Partner of the firm has represented the country’s leading daily newspapers in highly publicised proceedings involving interpretation of the fundamental right of freedom of press. 

Recently, the firm won a highly publicised appeal before the Supreme Court upholding the fundamental right of freedom of speech and expression of religious clerics.
