Membership of a Criminal Organisation:
On 19 June 2016, Ehsan Siddiq argued on behalf of 2 defendants before the International Crimes Tribunal of Bangladesh. The prosecution attempted to argue that mere membership of a criminal organisation was enough to saddle the defendants with criminal liability. Ehsan argued that under international law mere membership of an organisation was not enough.
